The Mainstay Student website is designed and built for you to make the best choice when choosing your student accommodation. Once you are a resident at a Mainstay site there are a number of online features available once you register your details with us.

On each page you have the option to customise the look and feel of the site. You can change the background images by clicking on the small square below the word customise. You can also change the size of the text by clicking on the A's.

Once registered you can:

- report a fault online
- download wallpapers and brochures (these change regularly)
- download the forms you will need during your stay
- enter competitions
- upload your own photos and videos for others to see
- make a payment to mainstay student
- make an online enquiry direct to our accommodation team
