Competition to Create and Design a portfolio of Photo's and Video Tours for the Mainstay Student Website

Calling all media, graphic design or any student to enter our competition. We are looking for a new creation and design of a photo portfolio and video tour for new images for the Mainstay Student Website. The chosen winner will win £100. Mainstay will use the Material in advertising such as the website, facebook, twitter and many more virtual sites.

We will write a reference for the student portfolio if required

Portfolio of Photographs

Design a portfolio of photographs that we can add to the Mainstay Student website, our social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, and any other virtual sites that Mainstay use for advertising such as Google Maps.

Photo images required as guideline:
 Accommodation on offer
Internal images
 Show flat
 Tenanted flats
 Communal areas
 Staff areas and work ethics, customer service and maintenance being delivered
External images
 Bike store, car park etc
 External shots of the building
 External shots of University, local amenities that are used by students
Lifestyle shots that show students in the area’s listed above, that shows the city, university, community and accommodation.

Video Tour

Design a virtual tour video that we can add to the Mainstay Student Website, our social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter and any other virtual sites that Mainstay use for advertising.

 Staff Assistance (accommodation office, maintenance)

Lowest Utillity Readings. GREAT PRIZES TO BE WON EACH MONTH!


At each Mainstay property we are running a green campaign. The accommodation team will take monthly electricity and water readings, the results will be diaplayed in a dedicated notice board in each property. The Lowest reading will be awarded with a prize each month.
