IQFive offers a choice of four or five-bedroom apartments, each with a spacious shared lounge and kitchen area. Within each apartment you have your own en-suite bedroom, fully fitted, which is a good base when you need to get down to some serious studying or just want to chill and relax.

Apartment kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There’s also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Each lounge has leather sofas, coffee table and a LCD television.

Studio apartments IQFive offers a choice of studio apartments, designed to meet individual needs, with a mini kitchen, en-suite bathroom, study and bedroom area featuring a double sized sofa bed, wardrobe and bedside unit.

IQFive boasts fantastic on-site facilities, with laundry and communal lounge featuring a large plasma TV with Sky. In addition, residents will benefit from exclusive access to IQFive’s all weather, undercover, sports pitch.

The fully–fitted laundry room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

Only IQFive residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas, and members of the management team are on site 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. Smoke and fire detectors are fitted throughout.

Due to the city centre location IQFive has limited car–parking facilities, please check with the accommodation team for more details. If you rely on pedal power there is a secure bike storage area.
