Social Event - We are aware that most students have been studying hard recently for exams and coursework deadlines. As these have now passed we would like to arrange a get together for all residents.
Pop into the accommodation office to let us know or post your idea in the post box outside the accommodation office. We look forward to receiving all your ideas and will let you know who came up with the best!!

Accommodation Office Changes - We hope you like the improvements we have made to the accommodation office although we have a few finishing touches to make we think it has been a good success. The Office opening hours have now returned to normal as follows:-

Monday to Friday - 10am until 2pm
Saturday - by appointment only

Outside of these hours, please call the accommodation team on 0121 333 5792 and they will assist you with your enquiry.

You may also have noticed that we have introduced an internal postal system and have installed a literature holder and post box outside the office. We would like to encourage all tenants to use this system to communicate anything from maintenance issues to application interests with us.

Talk to Us! - The Resident Co-ordinators here at Studios51 are always here to help you with any problems you may be facing. Please feel free to talk to us whether it is in the office or when we are out an about around the University. We are always willing to help!

Promotions and Events - Any business who wishes to advertise at Studios51 needs to obtain permission from the accommodation team, therefore we would appreciate your assistance with eliminating the number of advertising literature currently being received. Should you receive information underneath your door, pop it to the accommodation office and we shall take the appropriate action.

If you would like to advertise any events you have planned, feel free to e-mail us on studentatstudios51@mainstaygroup.co.uk and we will be more than willing to place information around the building for you.

Meter Readings - To keep you updated with our Green Theme here at Studios51, we are taking monthly meter readings for your apartment to help make sure you don't go over your limit.

Health & Safety - Could we please ask all residents to be aware of noise pollution. We are currently receiving several complaints a week so please be considerate of your neighbours and room mates.

We have also recently seen an increase in the number of rubbish bags dumped within the communal areas and would like to take this opportunity to remind all residents to use the refuse store provided within the courtyard area. any tenants found to be dumping rubbish will be charged accordingly.

The team are currently finalising details of our next open days which will give you the opportunity to come along and see what you could be missing out on!
