Social Events - Most of you have been studying hard over the past few weeks for exams and coursework deadlines. As these have now passed we would like to arrange a get together that you will all enjoy, and therefore we want your ideas!

Pop into the accommodation office to let us know what you want! We look forward to receiving all your ideas and we will let you know who has the best!! - Get your thinking caps on...

Promoting and Advertising - Any business who wishes to advertise at Studios58 needs to obtain permission from the accommodation team and therefore we would appreciate your assistance with eliminating the number of advertising literature we are currently receiving. Should you receive any information underneath your door please bring it to the accommodation office and we shall take the appropriate action to eliminate this.

If you would like to advertise any events you have planned, please feel free to e-mail us on studentatstudios58@mainstaygroup.co.uk and we are more than willing to place information around the building for you.

Welfare - Please remember that our Resident Co-ordinators are here to help you. If you have any problems, just need someone to talk to, or have ideas for events that you would like to hold, come and speak to one of them when they are working in the office each evening between 5pm and 7pm.

Health & Safety - We would like to take this opportunity to remind you to always lock your doors when you leave your apartment to avoid the risk of theft of your belongings.

Noise Pollution - Please be considerate of your neighbours and room mates within the building especially at unsociable hours. We are currently receiving several complaints a week so please think of others!. If you should need to make a complaint, please call 01179 244044 to speak to the on-call Resident Co-ordinator.

Fire Alarms - Please be careful when cooking in your flat as the fire alarm has been set off a number of times recently and this is highly disruptive to your fellow housemates. Furthermore, smoking in your flat can also set off the alarm, and is also a violation of the terms of your contract.

Maintenance - For any maintenance issues, please do report them to the office without delay as we will always try to rectify them as soon as possible. In some cases we are waiting for parts from suppliers, but we do chase them daily to get all jobs resolved as quickly as we can!
