Not only is the location spot on – right next to the University library and the new student union bar; The Engine Shed - but the Junxion is right in the heart of the City Centre.

With state-of-the-art facilities to rival all accommodation in the city, The Junxion will be more than a home from home. In comparison to some halls of residence and shared houses, our student accommodation is definitely more than a roof over your head, with smart leather sofa's in every apartment, 32" LCD televisions with Freeview and Sky Sports, not to mention free contents insurance and free Broadband Internet.

The Junxion offers four, five and six-bedroom apartments, each with a spacious shared lounge and kitchen area. Within each apartment you have your own en-suite bedroom, which is a good base when you need to get down to some serious studying or just want to chill and relax.

Each ensuite room is fully furnished and inclusive of broadband Internet and contents insurance, in addition to having your own double bed and power shower.

Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you'll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There’s also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Each lounge has comfy leather sofas, as well as a 32" LCD Television with a free TV licence, Freeview and Sky Sports channels. In addition the Mezzino Lounge on the ground floor has plenty of other amusements including pool tables, amusement machines, vending machines and a large screen Television with SKY.

The Junxion is not just a roof over your head. From smart leather sofas to handy dishwashers, double–sized beds to free broadband Internet, your accommodation comes kitted out with everything you might need to feel right at home. Every apartment has a 32" LCD Television with free TV licence, Sky Sports and Freeview channels, in addition to free contents insurance included in the rent.

Our fully–fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

Plus, the Mezzino lounge offers Sky TV, pool tables, amusement machines and vending machines – a great place to relax and meet up with friends. There is even an on-site solarium, so you can keep your summer tan all year round.

Only Junxion residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas, and members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. Smoke and fire detectors are fitted throughout. Due to the city centre location The Junxion is not able to offer car–parking facilities. If you rely on pedal power however, there is a secure bike storage area on the ground floor.
