Exams are approaching and the Junxion would like to wish everyone the best of luck! Summer is nearly here and it’s nearly time to go home, for those of you going soon we wish you all the best and hope you have enjoyed your stay, if you’ve rebooked we look forward to seeing you again in September!
Noise Complaints
If you are being kept awake at an unsociable hour due to another Resident please let us know and we will get them to quieten down. Remember if we don’t know about it we can’t stop it. The Junxion tel number is 01522 548562.
The Common Room
The Common Room is being refurbished over the summer, we are putting a few more TV’s, games machines and sofas in there to make it more appealing. If you have any suggestions please feel free to let us know.
Unwanted Items
Please do not throw away any of your unwanted items!! Items such as pots/pans, cutlery, handbags etc. Non-electrical items. The RSPCA will be very grateful for these items so rather than throw them away drop them off at the RSPCA building at the back of The Junxion.

If you would like to stay in The Junxion in August please come down to the office and ask for details. We do keep a couple of flats available in August for those who have jobs in Lincoln or don’t wish to go home.
Rebooking
Don’t worry if you’ve not found anywhere else to live yet because we still have spaces left, so if you have given up on trying to find somewhere else come pick up a rebooking form from the office!
Room Faults
If you have something faulty in your room could you please ensure that you report it either before you checkout or when you checkout so that we can get it fixed over the summer for you or the person that will be moving into your room!
Checkouts
If you are checking out soon please come down and let us know so we can arrange for you to hand in your keys and fill in the necessary paperwork!
If you are staying in the same room next year you are welcome to leave your bedroom as it is, we just need access to the window and bathroom for maintenance.
Those resident’s moving to a different room can leave their belongings for us to move, as long as they are boxed and labelled correctly! Ask at the office for details!

Welcome to the Mezzino News Bulletin! - The Junxion Team would like to wish all residents a Happy Easter and best of luck with your upcoming exams!
Easter Holidays
Please can we remind you to turn off all your unnecessary appliances and switch all your lights off etc when you go home for Easter. Make sure you empty your fridges as well so that they aren't filled with mould by the time you get back!

To celebrate Easter there will be Easter eggs and chocolates at the front desk
Rebooking
We still have rooms available for next year, so if your house or other accommodation has fallen through, please come and see us!
Common Room Decoration
It was suggested to us that to make the common room a bit better it would be a good idea to decorate it with photo's of residents. If you would like a photo of you and your flatmates up on the common room wall, bring it down to us on a memory stick or email it to us and we'll put it up.
New Office Opening Hours
The Accommodation Office will now be open 9am - 12pm, then 1pm - 7pm Monday to Friday. At weekends the office will be open from 9am - 2pm. For out of hours emergencies call 01522 548562.
Health & Safety
Please remember that all doors are fire doors! We have noticed that a lot of residents have been wedging their kitchen and bedroom doors open. This puts both you and your flatmates at risk so please stop doing it. Remember the fire doors are there for your safety!
Walkabout Offer
Walkabout Lincoln is sending round Boomerang vouchers for 25% off to every resident! You should get them when this newsletter is posted to your apartment. They are also giving all residents free entry and discounted drinks at their Foam Loan Party on Monday April 19th. Find it on Facebook on Walkabout Lincoln's Page. Remember to get this offer you must take your Junxion Privilege card with you. If you haven't got one yet, come down to the office and pick one up.

The farewell party at The Junxion is on the 9th May 2008.
Tickets are £3 and are available from the Accommodation Office.
The theme is "Night at the Oscars" and will be held at the Glasshouse - look out for further info on posters around the building.
The Mezzino football awards will be presented at the event and a special guest who will present the awards!
