The Pavilions offers a choice of one, two, four, five and six-bedroom apartments, each with a spacious shared lounge and kitchen area. Within each apartment you have your own en-suite bedroom, which is a good base when you need to get down to some serious studying or just want to chill and relax.

Each en-suite room is fully furnished and inclusive of broadband Internet and contents insurance, in addition to your own double bed and power shower.

Apartment kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you'll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There's also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Each lounge has comfy leather sofas, as well as a 32" LCD Television with a free TV licence, Freeview and Sky Sports channels.

The Pavilions offers a choice of studio apartments, which are designed to meet individual needs, with a fully fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom, study and bedroom area. Each studio is all-inclusive, featuring a double bed, 20" LCD television, Freeview & Sky Sports channels, Free TV licence, Free Broadband Internet and Free Contents Insurance.

The Pavilions boasts fantastic on-site facilities, with the laundry, solarium and new Mezz Bar and shop (opening early 2008). The bar is a great place to hang out with friends, either watching football, playing pool or as a great place to start any party or night out. With great live music bands, quiz nights and full coverage of all major football games, the bar is a popular place to hang out. Of course with a shop on-site student life is even easier.

Our fully–fitted laundry room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

There is even an on-site solarium, so you can keep your summer tan all year round.

Only the Pavilions residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation and members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. Smoke and fire detectors are fitted throughout.

Due to the city centre location The Pavilions is not able to offer car–parking facilities. If you rely on pedal power however, there are secure bike storage areas outside each block.
