Q. What’s included in the rent?
A. Your rent is all inclusive of utility bills, including electricity and water. In addition, each apartment has a 32” LCD TV (20” TV in Studio apartments), a free TV licence for lounge areas and studios, Freeview and Sky Sports channels, Leather sofas, Free Broadband Internet and Free contents insurance.

Q. Does the building have lifts?
A. Yes one in each block.

Q. Is the accommodation aimed mainly at freshers?
A. No, it is open to all students.

Q. Is The Pavilions on campus?
A. Not quite. The Pavilions is situated adjacent to Lincoln University’s main campus - right next to the University sports hall.

Q. Are any of the bedrooms en-suite?
A. Yes, all of them.

Q. Can I share an apartment with friends?
A. Yes. We have apartments to accommodation different group sizes, including two, four, five and six-bedroom apartments. Or we have studio apartments, which are ideal for individuals wanting their own space, or for couples wanting to share costs.

Q. What happens if there is a problem with the heating or other services?
A. We’ll deal with it for you. Just contact the on-site accommodation team and a member of the on-site maintenance team will sort it out as soon as possible.

Q. Is broadband access available?
A. Yes. All you have to do is register free when you arrive.

Q. How is rent paid and how often?
A. We collect your rent by direct debit four times a year – on 1 August 2008, 1 October 2008, 10 January 2009 and 4 April 2009. This allows you to avoid paying one big lump sum and also coincides with your student loan payments.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes. We ask for a deposit of £150* to be paid when you book your accommodation. * The deposit is refundable, subject to a satisfactory inspection at the end of your tenancy.

Q. How do I book a room?
A.You can book on-line right away, just complete the online accommodation bookings form and our accommodation team will get right back to you with all the necessary information to help you secure your accommodation.

Q. Is there any car parking?
A. Yes but it is limited toa first come first serve basis. (note: all spaces for 07/08 are allocated)

Q. What are the room sizes?
A. Single / Double / Extra Large and Studios

Q. What is the difference between the rooms?
A. Single bed/ double bed / Floor space and of course studios have their own Kitchen

Q. Are there telephone provisions?
A. Yes but supplied as a pay as you go system

Q. What additional facilities are there onsite?
A. Fully licensed Bar/ Cafe/ Pool Tables/Solarium/Laundry

Q. What fittings are included in the bedroom?
A. En-suite with power shower / Double Bed / Desk & Chair / Bedside Table / Double Wardrobe / Book shelf / FREE Internet and FREE contents insurance

Q. What fittings are included in the rest of the flat?
A. 32"LCD TV with Freeview, Sky sports & TV licence/ Leather Settees / Dishwasher / Fridge / Freezer / Microwave / Breakfast Bar

Q. What security provision is there?
A. CCTV / Door Access / 24 hour on site accommodation team

Q. Is there bicycle storage?
A. Yes

Q. What is the typical colour scheme?
A. White and blue
