Q. What’s included in the rent?
A. Your rent is all inclusive of utility bills, including electricity and water, internet, Sky TV and Freeview, as well as site management and security.
Q. Does the building have lifts?
A. Yes, there are three of them
Q. Is the accommodation aimed mainly at freshers?
A. No, it is open to all students.
Q. Is The Pinnacles on campus?
A. Not quite. The Pinnacles is situated on Broad Street, just off the Park Square roundabout , just a short walk from Sheffield Hallam University and a short tram ride to University of Sheffield.
Q. Are any of the bedrooms en-suite?
A. Yes, all of them.
Q. Can I share an apartment with friends?
A. Yes. We have apartments to accommodate different group sizes, ranging from 3 to 5 bed apartments.
Q. What happens if there is a problem with the heating or other services?
A. We’ll deal with it for you. Just contact the on-site accommodation team and a member of the on-site maintenance team will sort it out as soon as possible.
Q. Is broadband access available?
A. High speed broadband internet is provided within your accommodation package, FREE.
Q. How is rent paid and how often?
A. We collect your rent by direct debit four times a year – on 1 August 2008, 1 October 2008, 10 January 2009 and 4 April 2009. This allows you to avoid paying one big lump sum and also coincides with your student loan payments.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes. We ask for a deposit of £250* to be paid when you book your accommodation, in addition to a deposit insurance non-refundable fee of £10.
*The deposit is refundable, subject to a satisfactory inspection at the end of your tenancy.

A. You can book on-line right away, just complete the online accommodation bookings form and our accommodation team will get right back to you with all the necessary information to help you secure your accommodation.
