Of course, Waterways location is not all that’s spot on – with smart leather furniture in every flat, 32" LCD televisions with Freeview and Sky Sports channels, not to mention free contents insurance and free broadband Internet, Waterways is much more than your average student house.

Waterways offers a collection of all-inclusive, contemporary student apartments ranging from three-bedroom to six-bedroom apartments, each with a spacious shared lounge and kitchen area. Within each apartment you have your own en-suite bedroom, which is a good base when you need to get down to some serious studying or just want to chill and relax.

Each en-suite room is fully furnished and inclusive of broadband Internet and contents insurance, in addition to your own double sized bed and powerful shower.

Apartment kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you’ll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There’s also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Each lounge has comfy leather furniture, as well as a 32" LCD Television with a free TV licence**.

Our fully–fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

Only Waterways residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Smoke and fire detectors are fitted throughout.

Due to the town centre location Waterways is not able to offer car–parking facilities.
