The Pavilions is only a 5 minute walk to the University’s Main Academic Building. It is also situated next door to the university gym, plus Morrisons supermarket is only a few minutes walk away.

We have our own bar, shop, solarium and laundrette. We hold site events to get everyone involved and get to know as many of you as possible.

Only Studios in Lincoln
The Pavilions is Lincoln’s only student accommodation to offer studio apartments with their own kitchen and 20” TV, perfect for couples or mature students who like their privacy.

Stylish Ensuite Apartments
It also offers 2,4,5 and 6 bedroom apartments, so you can make new friends or live with a chosen group. All rooms are en-suite and inclusive of bills, internet
access and a telephone point. The communal areas have leather sofas, a 32” wide screen TV with freeview & sky sports, fridge, freezer, cooker and dishwasher.

Security
The Pavilions is extremely safe, with a fob access system letting only residents onto site and into each building. We also have CCTV and 24/7 staff presence.

Privilege Card
The Pavilions privilege card is exclusive to
residents and offers discounts with taxi firms, bars/restaurants and retail stores, with queue jump privileges to specific clubs and bars.

Freeview/Sky Sports
This is available to all residents via the freeview boxes in the every apartment.

Pavilions Football Team
Over the past few years The Pavilions has
successfully run a football league. This is a
regular social event, with weekly team meetings and games against other accommodation and private teams.

Re-Booking
Unlike Halls of Residents where you can only live for a year, you can stay here throughout your course without moving belongings out, and can even stay in the same apartment, making The Pavilions feel like home.

contract), making us great value for money!
